A: For example, if you placed an order for an item with 24-hour availability (3 to 7 day shipping time, depending upon where you live), your total delivery time would be 1 day (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). In other words, you could expect your package to be delivered within 4 to 8 days of placing your order.

Q: What if you ship the wrong part to me?
A: Although we do everything we can to get the correct part to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick up the part or pay the return freight, replace the part. Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong part, by emailing us at support@cardoorglass.com.
Q: Are the parts brand new?
A: All of our parts are brand new. We do not stock used or recycled parts, but we can get it for you if requested.
