Our Policy
 
At CarDoorGlass.com, customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We value your business and we are willing to do what it takes to keep you as a customer for life.  We have established the following store policy for our valued customers.

Return Procedure
To return a part, please send us an email with your order number, name, email address, and the SKU number(s) you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please tell us when your order was purchased and the full name ordered with. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid.  Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.

Return Policy
Within 20 business days of placing your order from
CarDoorGlass.com you may return . No returns will be accepted after 20 business days. All parts must be in their original condition, cannot be scratched, previously installed, or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.

All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Refunds
Refunds for returns normally take 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at our warehouse. Once the part is received we forward it to our office administration for approval. Our return administration staff will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the part. You will receive"credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the support department at support@cardoorglass.com 
for the fastest response.

Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from
CarDoorGlass.com are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you at the shipping point which is when the carrier accepts the merchandise for shipping.
