Store Policy
At CarDoorGlass.com, customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We value your business and we are willing to do what it takes to keep you as a customer for life.  We have established the following store policy for our valued customers.


Return Policy
Within 30 business days of placing your order from CarDoorGlass.com you may return your order for an exchange or refund.  No returns will be accepted after 30 business days. All parts must be in their original condition, cannot be scratched, previously installed, or damaged by incorrect installation. Any returned parts with major damage or missing parts will be subject to double restock charges. 

We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.

Most returns are subject to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.  In other words, if we made the mistake we will not charge any restock fee. Plus, we'll cover all shipping charges in between.


Defects
If your car glass window arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect.  We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label for an exchange or refund.  If it is for an exchange we will also pay for shipping back. This must be done within the first 48 hours of receiving your package.

Any returns that are claimed defective from a non-certified auto glass technician or non-certified i-Car technician without substantial evidence (such as picture) and/or clear explanation of the defect will be subject to the standard return policy.


Shipping Damages
If you receive your package and it sounds like gravel when you shake it, please refuse to accept the order and contact Fedex (1-800-463-3339) to submit a damage claim. Please have the tracking number ready to submit your claim.  From there, Fedex will contact us and we will send out another part immediately.


30 Day Auto Glass Return Procedure
To return an auto glass part, please log in your My Account page and compete the following steps.

1. Under the Track your recent orders, please click View Details link next to the order#.

2. Next, you'll see your invoice for this order.  Please click Add New RMA to start the return process.

3. From the drop down menus please select the Reason and Method of your return. 

Please include in the My Comments section a detailed explanation why you are returning the order.

If you do not have your order number, please contact the Return & Exhchange Department via our Contact Us page with when your order was purchased and the full name ordered with. 

All RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions.

NO RETURNS will be accepted without an RMA number.  If the RMA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be refused and returned to you.  All returns must be postage paid. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.


Refunds
Refunds for returns normally take 21 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at our warehouse. Once the part is received it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department, and then forwarded to our office administration for approval. 

Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the part. You will receive"credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card after we issue the refund. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please contact the support department by submitting a ticket via our contact us page or within your My Account page for the fastest response.


Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from CarDoorGlass.com are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you at the shipping point which is when the carrier accepts the merchandise for shipping.


Chargebacks
All invalid chargebacks to C2 International Inc. will be charged a $20.00 fee, and will be subject to a third party collection agency if needed.
